Are you missing an item in the webshop?

The product is unfortunately sold out, so follow us on Facebook and Instagram, where we post directly when new deliveries arrive.

There may be some returns in our physical store in Åstorp. Call us on 042-57766 and ask.

Do you have questions about your invoice/part payment?

If you have any questions about your invoice or your payment account (ikke product questions), please contact Klarna. You can reach them via

telephone number 08-120 120 10 or info@klarna.com. You can always find your invoices via My Klarna. There you can too

extend your due date by 10 days.

Do you have questions about your delivery?

You can track your order on DHL's website(HERE) using the package number you received in your delivery email.

The email may end up in your spam folder, so check there as well.

Have you not received your SMS message? It works just as well to pick up the order with your parcel number. Don't forget yours

What about payment of my invoice upon return?

We register your return within 7 working days of receipt. Klarna then sends you an updated invoice via e-mail. You can then

If you want to pay your invoice before we have processed your return, you must deduct the amount for the item(s) you have returned. Remember to add

How do I make a change?

In the event of a change, you place a completely new order in the webshop. You fill in your first order number and name at the top.

How long is your delivery time?

We have a delivery time of 1-5 working days, but we always ship as quickly as possible!

 

Can I change/cancel an order?

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. But send us an e-mail at info@profutura.se, then we can help you, as long as your order has not been processed.

 

I have not received an order confirmation?

When we have received your order, a confirmation is automatically sent to your e-mail address. Always check that your e-mail address is correct, as it is the most common reason for missing order confirmation.

I have not received an invoice?

Your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when ordering, on the day the order is sent from us. Be always
