Are you missing an item in the webshop?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The product is unfortunately sold out, so follow us on Facebook and Instagram, where we post directly when new deliveries arrive.<\/p>\n

There may be some returns in our physical store in \u00c5storp. Call us on 042-57766 and ask. <\/p>\n

Do you have questions about your invoice\/part payment?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you have any questions about your invoice or your payment account (ikke product questions), please contact Klarna. You can reach them via <\/p>\n

telephone number 08-120 120 10 or info@klarna.com.<\/a> You can always find your invoices via My Klarna. There you can too <\/p>\n

extend your due date by 10 days.<\/p>\n

Do you have questions about your delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can track your order on DHL's website(HERE)<\/a> using the package number you received in your delivery email.<\/p>\n

The email may end up in your spam folder, so check there as well.<\/p>\n

Have you not received your SMS message? It works just as well to pick up the order with your parcel number. Don't forget yours <\/p>\n

ID, courier shows both legs.<\/p>\n

What about payment of my invoice upon return?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We register your return within 7 working days of receipt. Klarna then sends you an updated invoice via e-mail. You can then <\/p>\n

You can also see your updated invoice at With Klarna<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you want to pay your invoice before we have processed your return, you must deduct the amount for the item(s) you have returned. Remember to add <\/p>\n

to \u00a339 if you have made a return.<\/p>\n

If you have returned everything, you only deduct the price of the item. But if you have made an exchange, the return shipping is free. <\/p>\n

Remember that you can advance the due date for your invoice with Klarna by logging in here.<\/a><\/p>\n

How do I make a change?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of a change, you place a completely new order in the webshop. You fill in your first order number and name at the top. <\/p>\n

on the return slip.<\/p>\n

At the bottom, you must check the box for exchange and enter your new order number, which you received with your new order.<\/p>\n

How long is your delivery time?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have a delivery time of 1-5 working days, but we always ship as quickly as possible!<\/p>\n

Can I change\/cancel an order?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do. But send us an e-mail at info@profutura.se,<\/a> then we can help you, as long as your order has not been processed. <\/p>\n

I have not received an order confirmation?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When we have received your order, a confirmation is automatically sent to your e-mail address. Always check that your e-mail address is correct, as it is the most common reason for missing order confirmation. <\/p>\n

If you have not received your order confirmation within 3 working days, please contact our customer service,<\/p>\n

I have not received an invoice?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when ordering, on the day the order is sent from us. Be always <\/p>\n

Be sure to check that your email address is correct, this is the most common reason for non-payment.<\/p>\n

You can always find all your invoices via My Klarna.<\/p>\n
