Purchase and delivery conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Private customers:<\/p>\n

We use Klarna Checkout for private customers. Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you identify yourself. The information you must provide to obtain identification may vary between different purchase cases and customers. Credit information is never collected directly in Klarna Checkout, but when necessary, depending on the payment options you have chosen. Credit information obtained by Klarna does not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, e.g. banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna Checkout shows you which options are available to you. Bill the standard payment option, but of course you are free to choose one of the other options, e.g. direct payment via bank or payment by card. The invoice will be sent via e-mail, so make sure to check that it is a correct e-mail address. For information about your payment, contact Klarna<\/p>\n

Order<\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders are binding, and you must be over 18 to order or have parental permission. All prices include VAT. <\/p>\n

Personal data:<\/p>\n

Personal data is treated confidentially and is ONLY used to send the order and for any contact regarding your order. The e-mail address is also used for our own newsletter, but only if the customer has approved it. <\/p>\n

We need your personal information to be able to fulfill and send your order.
Your personal information is stored for one month from the time we send your order, if you want it to be deleted earlier, please send an e-mail to info@profutura.se, and we will delete your information when we send your order.<\/p>\n

The data is not passed on to any third parties. However, your information may be passed on to third parties to provide services to you, e.g. to PostNord to handle transport of ordered goods and Klarna to make it possible for you to complete the purchase. <\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

We deliver in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. The delivery time is normally 2-5 working days in Sweden and 3-7 working days in Denmark and Finland, calculated from the time we receive your order. (In connection with major holidays there may be delays in delivery). <\/p>\n

An order confirmation is sent automatically via e-mail.<\/p>\n

If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you via e-mail. We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be cases where it is not possible to fulfill the order, e.g. if our supplier cannot fulfill its obligation over for us. No compensation is paid to profutura.se in the event of a delivery delay. <\/p>\n

Returns, complaints and exchanges<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You have the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package.<\/p>\n

This is on the condition that the goods are in resaleable condition. You can of course try the items to see if they fit, but be careful with make-up, perfume and the like. Shoes may only be tried on indoors. All labels and original packaging, e.g. skot\u00f8js\u00e6sker, must be returned.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for the goods until they arrive at our premises; Goods that have not arrived will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

We strive to ensure that the representation of the products in the webshop is as close to reality as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We can e.g. do not guarantee that the proportions and colors shown in the webshop accurately reflect the actual proportions and colors of the garment. For example, the way colors are rendered depends on your screen, your graphics card and other settings on your computer or similar.<\/p>\n

We reserve the right to charge the costs of any impairment, if the goods are handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine their properties or function.<\/p>\n

Return fees
<\/span><\/p>

Within Sweden there is a return fee of SEK 99.
From Finland and Denmark there is a return fee of SEK 185.<\/p>

Rope products:<\/strong><\/p>\n

No right of exchange or return on sale items.<\/p>\n

Change:<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you exchange, we pay the return fee using the attached return label, while the customer pays the freight on the new order. The right of exchange does not apply to sales goods.<\/p>\n

You place a new order in the webshop for the product you wish to switch to. You fill in your first order number and name at the top of the return slip. At the bottom, write your new order number, which you received with the new order.<\/p>\n

We process your return within 7 days of receiving it.<\/p>\n

If the package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us directly at info@profutura.se,<\/a> before you open the package.<\/p>\n

Unclaimed packages:<\/strong><\/p>\n
