Terms of purchase and delivery

Payment

Private customers:

We use Klarna Checkout for private customers. Klarna Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. No credit information is ever taken directly in Klarna Checkout, but only when necessary depending on the payment options you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna Checkout presents the options that are available to you. Invoice is the default payment option, but you are of course free to choose one of the other options, such as direct payment via bank or payment by card. The invoice will be emailed, so please make sure it is a correct email address. For information about your payment, contact Klarna.

Ordering

Orders are binding and you must be over 18 years of age to order or have a guardian's permission. All prices include VAT.

Personal information:

Personal information is handled confidentially and is ONLY used to send the order and for any contact regarding your order. The email address is also used for our own newsletters but only if the customer has approved it.

We need your personal data to be able to fulfill and ship your order.
Your personal data will be saved for one month from the time we send your order. If you would like it deleted earlier, send an email to info@profutura.se and we will delete your data once we have sent your order.

Information is not passed on to any third party. However, your information may be passed on to third parties to provide services to you, e.g. to PostNord to handle the transport of ordered goods and Klarna to enable you to complete the purchase.

Delivery

We deliver within Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days within Sweden and 3–7 working days to Denmark and Finland, calculated from the time we receive your order. (During major holidays, some delay in delivery may occur)

An order confirmation is automatically sent via e-mail.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via e-mail. We always do our best to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier cannot fulfill its commitment to us. Compensation is not paid by profutura.se in the event of a possible delivery delay.

Shipping

Sweden: 89 SEK.

Denmark & Finland: 165 SEK (shipping cost is shown at checkout and may vary depending on country).

 

Returns, complaints and exchanges

You have the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date you receive the package.

This is provided that the goods are in resale condition. You may of course try the goods on to see that they fit, but be careful with make-up, perfume and the like. Shoes may only be tried on indoors. All labels and original packaging, such as shoe boxes, must be returned.

You are responsible for the goods until they have arrived at our premises. Goods that have not arrived will not be refunded.

We strive to ensure that the representation of the products in the webshop is as close to reality as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the products. For example, we cannot guarantee that the proportions and colors shown in the webshop accurately reflect the actual proportions and color of the garments. How the colors are reproduced depends, for example, on your screen, your graphics card and other settings in your computer or the like.

We reserve the right to charge the cost of any decrease in value if the item is handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties or function.

Return fees

Within Sweden, a return handling fee of SEK 99 will be added.
From Finland and Denmark, a return handling fee of SEK 185 will be added.

Sale products:

No right of exchange or return on sale products.

Change:

When you make an exchange, we are responsible for the return fee when using the enclosed return label, while the customer is responsible for the shipping on the new order. Exchange rights do not apply to sale items.

You place a new order in the webshop for what you want to exchange. You fill in your first order number and name at the top of the return form. Further down you write in your new order number that you received with the new order.

We will process your return within 7 days of receiving it.

All refunds are made via Klarna. Contact them on 08-120 120 10 if you have any questions about your invoice/payment.

Complaint:

Contact us at info@profutura.se to obtain complaint information.

If the package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us directly at info@profutura.se before opening the package.

Unclaimed packages:

If we receive packages that have not been redeemed from DHL, we reserve the right to charge you 249 SEK to cover costs we have in connection with the unredeemed packages.
