Filing a complaint
If you are not satisfied with the answer, please contact us at konstruktion@email.com with a detailed description of your concerns. We review your complaint and investigate whether the correct procedures have been followed, and get back to you if relevant. We aim to complete this investigation within 15 working days of receiving your complaint, but in some cases it may take longer. If you are still not satisfied with the answer, you can contact us.
